On November 4th, I had a great time with Lina de Florias and Jaime Cerreta on their Good Morning Arizona Live (3TV)program. Jaime called her AGS genetic test report her very own “Body Owner’s Manual.”  I loved it!  That is exactly what it is.  Our genetic tests take the guesswork and weeks of trials out of finding the right food, supplements, and exercise.  The feeling of knowing what your body needs is extremely empowering.
